A pointy-nosed sniffer dogs has helped German authorities to take hold of €247,280 (£223,673) value of undeclared cash from travellers at Frankfurt airport.
The Malinois pooch, named Aki, found 12 other folk’s secret stashes in a matter of some days in late June and early July.
In one instance, nearly €52,000 was hidden in a person’s pocket.
Officials said the whole passengers were travelling to destinations exterior the EU, and there are strict principles on registering cash.
